Preschool
Our bilingual preschool operates at 3 branches in Prague 4 and 11, in Háje, Hrnčíře, and Libuš.
All our branches use the latest teaching methods and are well equipped with modern resources.
A Preschool with Proven Teaching Methods
We offer classes for children in English, Czech, or a combination of both. We provide a summer program (lasting the entire summer break) and offer a wide variety of extracurricular activities. To foster the children’s personal development, we strive to treat each child as a partner; we accept them as they are, recognize them as individuals, listen to them, and help them realize their potential. Children’s developmental needs and capabilities require the use of appropriate methods and teaching approaches in early childhood education.
Experience-based and cooperative learning through play with children's activities based on the child's direct experiences foster the child's curiosity and need to explore. This stimulates the child's joy of learning and their interest in discovering new things, which helps them gain experience and master other skills. Education should take advantage of the natural flow of children's thoughts and spontaneous ideas and give the child enough space for spontaneous activities and plans. Learning activities should therefore take the form primarily of non-committal play in which the child engages based on his or her own interest and choice.
Situational learning is based on the creation and use of situations that provide the child with easy-to-understand, practical examples of real-life situations, so that the child learns skills and knowledge when they need them and better understands their meaning.
Spontaneous social learning is based on the principle of natural imitation. Therefore, in all activities and situations that occur during the day in kindergarten, not only in didactically oriented activities, it is necessary to provide the child with models of behavior and attitudes that are suitable for imitation and acquisition.
Children's play and creative dramatics is another important method that is based primarily on the principle of play and experience.
Incorporating some of the principles of Montessori pedagogy, for example, hands-on work is the basis for understanding things and phenomena and for the development of reasoning and speech. It is important to link physical and mental activities throughout each learning experience. It is also important to be hands-on and in direct contact with things when acquiring new knowledge. The child is the creator of themselves. They have a decisive influence on their development. Through their "programming" and their activities, they participate to the greatest extent in shaping themselves. Although the child is in contact with the environment from which they take their cues, and they are also influenced by the people in their immediate environment. They themselves determine which cues will influence their actions, in what way and when. The absorbent mind is a wonderful gift which every child comes into the world with. Without conscious effort, purely by "living", the child absorbs like a sponge everything that surrounds them, quite naturally without blocks and inhibitions. This unique quality also allows the child, for example, to learn something as complex as language.
Our classrooms—a second home for your children
Our preschools feature cozy, modern classrooms as well as beautifully landscaped gardens. The classrooms are furnished with tasteful children’s furniture and accessories to ensure that the children feel comfortable and at ease. We have carefully selected teaching materials appropriate for the age group of the children. A wide range of educational aids and toys is a given. Children are given the opportunity to use educational toys of various levels, which are selected with safety and fun in mind. The classrooms are well-stocked with art supplies that are used daily. We place great emphasis on a wide selection of books and teaching aids.
Our team of teachers actively guides children in developing communication skills, socialization, empathy, and a wide range of other important aspects. We are here for all children whose parents care deeply about preschool education and development. We are a school that teaches children basic skills and helps them grow in every way while also teaching them essential social and hygiene habits. We harness children’s natural curiosity to help them acquire new knowledge through games, songs, books, and more.
There is a spacious garden featuring a sandbox, climbing frames, a slide, a jungle gym, a trampoline, a merry-go-round, push-along toys, and other garden toys.

Why are essences suitable for us to use in nurseries?
Essential oils are suitable for a large group of people or children to diffuse in a space using an aroma diffuser. In this way, they enter the air through the dispersion of cold vapor, where they help to cleanse it of bacteria, viruses, and dust. They also refresh, stimulate the mind, while creating a pleasant calming atmosphere. Of course, it depends on the right choice of essences. For young children, we recommend using more delicate fragrances. Children then casually perceive the scent in the space, which contributes to harmony. Breathing clean, healthy air can lead to a reduction in the spread of germs and infection among children.

Projekt „Krabice od bot“
Our preschool regularly participates in the "Krabice od bot" (Shoebox) project during the pre-Christmas season, and we would like to thank the parents and school staff for their generous contributions to this charitable project. This year, we have once again collected many gifts that will surely bring joy to children in children's homes.
Thank you!
